KS My Stitch Charity Workshop Reminder-August 20, 2022 1:00 pm-3:00 pm

Good Morning All:

Just a friendly reminder that our charity workshop is this Saturday, August 20th. We will be meeting from 1:00-3:00 at the Riverwalk Church of Christ. Please bring a hook and your charity projects. If you have a friend that would like to join in, please feel free to bring them. We always welcome the help!

Morning meeting: 10:00 am -12:00 pm

Evening meeting: 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

• Dues are $25 per year or if you would like to pay for two years, it’s $45. 

Fall Retreat is Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 9:00 am-3:00 pm. Cost is $20 and is due by the end of the August meeting. Lunch will be provided and two patterns will be available when you arrive at the retreat. The two projects this year are the Oma Slippers and Christmas Cutlery Pouch.

Charity Crochet is the Saturday after the guild meeting on August 20, 2022 from

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

All Charity Items need to be clean and placed into a bag or bags with a SPECIAL piece of paper (provided by the guild) with your name on it. The SPECIAL piece of paper will be placed into a jar for a drawing at the Christmas party. If your name is not on the SPECIAL PAPER it will not be placed into the jar.

This makes it is easier for our charity person to keep track of how many items each person donates. (a small gift is given at both meetings to the person that donates the most items)

• We will be meeting for Dinner before the evening meeting at Meddy’s (around 4:45 pm), which is located at 120 Washington.
