October Charity Crochet

Hello Crocheters,

Just want to remind you that we are meeting at my house this Monday, October 24, to work on scarves for the Treehouse. The Treehouse serves single mothers with children, in the Wichita area. The scarves will be a Christmas gift to each of the women. We will work from 6:30 to 8:30. Bring your favorite refreshment and your yarn and let’s get to hooking.  Contact KAYE GRUVER for address and directions.

October Meeting

Our hearts go out to our Guild President, Tamara Gonzalez.  Her father passed away on Monday morning.  He has had a wonderful life and a very loving and close family.  Rest in peace and we love you Tamara.

It’s Christmas in October

Can you believe it is time to start thinking about Christmas?  To help each other out the program this month is like a cookie exchange.  Bring 16-20 copies of your favorite (free) pattern to share with everyone.  In return you will get that many patterns back.  What a wonderful way to continue to build your pattern library.
