Fun with friends.

Thanks for sharing all of your wonderful creations and talent, ladies! We will try to get photos uploaded each month. If you don’t see yourself here, there was a lot of catching up to do, or you might have been hiding behind your work – there were a lot of floating afghans!

September photos!

Thanks for a wonderful meeting this month, Ladies! Our guild is growing, there are fewer empty seats at each meeting, it seems. That means more friends, more knowledge and more fun.

Photobucket There was a whole lot of finger pointing..

Photobucket and a little arm wrestling..

Photobucket
And a few hugs & giggles. Rosina introduced her grand daughter.

Photobucket Jan brought the pretty barbie she crocheted a dress for, it was entered in the State Fair this year, nice job, Jan!

Photobucket

Designer, Joan Beebe shows us a new pattern she is working on. It was so nice to have her visit.

Photobucket Sharon takes a break, but not for long.

Photobucket
Sue not only crocheted the yoke of her dress, she wove the fabric as well and sewed them together!

Photobucket
Sherry shows us her crochet cap and flower.

Photobucket
LeeAnn made a wonderful double-sided scarf and cap for a friend.

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket
Lucy working on her scrubber project.

Photobucket
Pam shows us the scarf model of the pattern she’s giving the program on.

Photobucket
One tip this month was the idea that some of us crochet for technique or are process crocheters (we start lots of things, but don’t produce many complete projects). Other’s produce lots of finished goods and are project crocheters. I think Susan, who crochets tons of afghans is a project crocheter. What do you think?

Photobucket
More granny squares for our charity afghans.

Photobucket
Working on chainless foundations, a wonderful techique!

Photobucket
This was a cool technique and many of us were happy to learn it.

Photobucket
Pam had her hands full this month taking time at each table to show anyone who needed help with the technique, thank you for all your work, Pam!
