The Crochet Guild members have started the annual Charity Project… Purple Baby Hats. If you don’t know the details of this worthy task, you can learn more by joining us at Kaye Gruver’s house every Monday night from 6:30-8:30. Our goal this year is 750 hats by October 1st. So far we have 43 completed, which is a great start! But… we need ALL the help we can get! If interested in taking part in this project, please contact any Board Member about the details. The Guild graciously provides the purple yarn needed for the hats. Please come and help!

April Meeting
Our Monthly meeting will be held on Monday, April 20th at 10am & 6:30pm at Crusader Baptist Church located at 37th N and Arkansas. We are continuing the Doily of the Month, and Potholder of the Month projects. Patterns will be available at the meetings. If you are new to the Guild, or just don’t want to create doilies or potholders, feel free to bring your own project! And… don’t forget to bring your Show-n-Tell.
Bi-Monthly Board Meeting
The Board Members will be meeting this Saturday, April 11th at 3pm at Catherine’s shop, in Newton. If you have any thoughts, ideas or suggestions that you would like to pass along, you can speak to any board member.
