Surprise we are going to have a guest speaker at this evenings guild meeting. Maybe you have seen the yarn wigs that some people are making and you may have seen them posted on Facebook and on the internet?
WELL……

We are going to have Kayci Love tell us all about The Magic Yarn project! You can read all about it here.

Make sure you attend and bring a friend! Meeting starts at 6:30 pm.

New and Old Business

• Charity Crochet will be Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Riverwalk Church of Christ. We will be starting on purple hats. The guild will provide patterns and the yarn. Just bring your hooks and love for crochet. Please bring and invite anyone who loves to make simple hats.
• Monthly Challenge: Anything made with the tips, tricks, and techniques we learned last month. Foundation Singe Crochet, Foundation Double Crochet, or the Invisible Join
• Dinner before the evening meeting will be at Saigon (1103 N Broadway)

Any Cotton Yarn

Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm)

Yarn Needle and Scissors

Pattern will be provided at the meeting.

SHOW N’ SHARE

Bring any projects that you have completed or working on and share with everyone.

DOOR PRIZES

The guild is always accepting door prizes, so if you have something that is crochet related in your stash of goodies and no longer need it and would like to donate to our door prizes, please feel free to do so. Donations are strictly voluntary. And remember they should be something that you would like to receive yourself.
