  1. If you don’t mind having a knitter who is teaching herself crochet attend a meeting, I will try to make it on March 18, 2013.

    1. We don’t have a pattern for the eyes that you are referring to. We are just reposting pictures from the local services here. The pictures are just some of the hats they have already received.

  3. Hello,

I am the co-chairperson for the Textile Show, part of the Halstead Fine Arts and Crafts Festival to be held October 18, 2014. We are looking for textile artists who want to exhibit their work and/or sell their work. We are also planning to have various workshops throughout the day to educate people about the joys of fabric arts.

I would welcome the opportunity to share our plans with your group at your morning July meeting if possible. If that cannot be arranged, please let me know when I can speak to you.

    Thanks,

  4. Thank you so much for the opportunity to share our plans for a textile show with your group on Monday morning, July 21. While we cannot attend your evening meeting on that date, we would be able to present to your evening meeting on Monday, August 18. Patty and I look forward to meeting you next Monday

    1. Hi Elena:

I will ask at the guild meeting in May to see if anyone would be interested in making a vest for you. When do you need it done?

Thank you, Tamara Gonzales (secretary of KS My Stitch)

    2. First of all, we are thrilled to have you reach out to us, Elena!
Sorry about the delay in getting back in touch with you. If you are still interested in finding someone to crochet this for you, we had our meeting last night and found a lady that is very talented, reliable, and willing to speak with you concerning this project.
      Thank you,
Sandy Altendorf (president of KS My Stitch)

  5. Is this group open to anyone who crochets? Can I just show up or do I need to register? Do I bring my own project or do we make things for the less fortunate? Lots of questions but I am interested in participating in this.

  6. Hello. I’m writing to let you know that I have crochet yarn that I’m trying to sell. My mother crocheted and had many colors (more than one of most) and brands of unused skeins of yarn $3 per skein. Premier, Sweet Delight, Caron, Bernat, White Fawn, Red Heart and others. Also have crochet thread at $2 each as well. You can email me if interested and we can talk. Thank you for your time.
